My term something highlights

This term my highlights would have to be:
-the speech competition
-year 8 retreat
-learning about space
-electives
soo... yea that's some of my highlights of this term, and no Samantha I definitely didn't write as much as you

COLLEGE

COLLEGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IM NOT READYYYYY, I don't want to leave school yet but I do want to leave school CONFUSION.....  meh I want to go to college but there are some things that I am worried about, like getting more homework and also having to make more friends(but I'm okay with that heheh) so I don't really know how I feel at the moment, but I know its time to grow up :'(  now I can be a BIG kid. I don't have any other worries other than being to dumb to understand the work but anyways...

I did my speech

SPEEEEECHEEEEESSSS!!!!!!!! I did it but it didn't go to plan. I did well until the conclusion (sigh) then it all came tumbling down (cue the scary music) I sort of sort of forgot it even though I had cue cards grrrrrr. my speech was on everyday accidental inventions. Soooo yea #getrekt. YAAAAAAAAAAAA #SALTY #TEAMIANITE

UGLIEEEEES

I have been reading the series uglies. I am the one that introduced Samantha to it BTW so heh. But I definitely agree with her it is a reaaalllllyyyy good series. At the moment i am up to the third book in the series called specials. So the book is a dystopian future and there is like a city that is secluded from the outside world. And so on every uglies 16th birthday the have to have plastic surgery to fish pretty much everything on their body and then they get to move to new pretty town. So tally youngblood the main character in the book) tries to escape her world. And there is a lot of drama.

Speech

I'm feeling a little bit nervous for speeches because I don't really like speeches that much but its okay when I get it over and done with. I think that I'm doing pretty well with writing my speech o far and I really just need to memorize it. I really want to be loud and not forget my speech and have good eye contact with the audience.

Space

Lately we have been learning about space. I think that learning about the seasons was really fun, but it was also a little bit confusing at the same time. I think that its interesting that the sun and the moon both take part in the seasons swell.

camping and donut adventures

In the holidays I went to a camping holiday program that's called forest lakes. Elizabeth came with me as well. This was my third time going and my last :( since I'm turning thirteen soon I wont be able to go cause its ages are 7-12. But every time I go there its really fun. The activities that we did there were horse riding, kayaking, abseiling, flying fox, swimming and some more (that I might have forgotten). When I came back from camp, the next day I went shopping with Katie and something funny happened. So I decided to get a donut and Katie got one too, I was eating mine really slowly and Katie had already finished hers. So she decided she was going to whack my hand, since I wasn't holding my donut tightly because who holds their food tightly, it flung out and almost but didn't hit someone in the face. Since I was really enjoying my donut I quickly ran over to the donut picked it up and said "I aint wasting a perfect donut" and ate the rest. After that I didn't feel to well......
